There has been a lot of news about our newest product, which launched at the end of 2018, but we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on our legacy product as well. The Collaboration and Co-Creation platform, Idea Hunt’s first and legacy product has received some sleek new updates. In this post, we’ll take a look at a new design feature, a newly redesigned menu.
The new menu makes it easier than ever for both administrators and their team members to use the collaboration and co-creation platform, with all of the functionality available at a glance.
Over the life of this product, we have added numerous new features and functionalities. The more simplified menu, while a great design, did not leave space for these new additions. So our design and development team hunkered down to redesign this important part of the tool’s GUI or Graphic User Interface.
This new design also works better on mobile. With more and more of our clients and their users accessing the collaboration and co-creation platform via their mobile phones, this became another driving factor.
This menu feature hasn’t changed. To locate or view the newly redesigned menu, simply click on your name/image in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Simply click to expand the menu, and either make a selection from the menu, or click a second time to close the menu.
Absolutely. The admin controls remain the same. Based on some of the selections available in the settings, and the advanced settings, you retain control over what the various user roles can access or view.
